If your child has a dental emergency that requires immediate medical attention, you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If your child is a Kool Smiles patient, and the emergency happens during business hours, bring your child directly to the office—no appointment necessary. However, you should call the office before you come so they know to expect you.
If your emergency occurs after business hours, call (855) 854-3621 and we’ll direct you to an on-call doctor.
If your child is not a Kool Smiles patient and has a dental emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital ER.

If your child needs to visit our dentist office for emergency dental care, there’s no appointment needed. You can’t plan on emergency situations, but we’re prepared to get your kids the help they need as soon as possible.
