Benefits of Medicaid
As of October 2010, about 38% of eligible children received Medicaid-covered dental service. This means that there is still a large portion of kids not getting the dental care they need.
Currently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is working with government partners, dentists, and other groups to make sure more children have access to dental care under Medicaid and other programs.
Under Medicaid, your child has access to the following dental services, at minimum:
