Flossing teeth before brushing ensures that the small bits of plaque that brushing won’t completely remove is washed out. Also, the toothpaste can reach your teeth more easily.
Flossing teeth after brushing means that there will be less plaque to floss, which will save time brushing teeth.
As long as you floss correctly, once per day, it does not make a difference whether you floss before or after brushing. Some dentists do recommend brushing first, since it’s the most common way people have been taught.
The results are the same either way—just be sure to rinse afterwards.
