From Piedmont, SC (south of Kool Smiles): drive on State Highway 143/River Road. Turn right to merge onto I-85 North/US-29 North. In a few miles, take exit 42 to continue onto I-85 North/US-29. Turn left onto Henrydale Avenue, then take another left onto Marue Drive. Turn left on Kmart Plaza. Kool Smiles is on your right, located between Kmart and BI-LO.
