Kids’ dental activities can accomplish two things. First, they help teach kids about dental health, including brushing, flossing, and other good habits that will give them a lifetime of healthy smiles. Second, dental activities keep kids occupied and happy when visiting the dentist.

Perhaps the most important thing you can do for your child is help them learn. Kool Smiles is happy to help you do that with a variety of fun activities and resources.
Games and puzzles are great ways to teach children about oral health. We have all kinds of fun activity sheets you can download that your child can color at home or in the dentist office. Some of the sheets can even be colored on mobile phones or tablets with no crayons required.
A smartphone or tablet can be a great source for kids’ dental activities. PBS offers a series of videos you can choose by age, including a video about fun facts on dental care. Another great online resource is Healthy Teeth. They offer educational facts, games, and videos about building a healthy smile.
Kids’ dental activities begin at home, so we want to help parents teach their children to brush properly. Take advantage of these motivational charts or download our app for your iPhone or iPad and use the brushing timer. Kids should brush for at least two minutes twice a day.
At Kool Smiles, we expect kids to move around and play. We provide activities so that kids have fun during their dental visit. Our offices have play areas filled with toys and games for your child to play with before his or her environment.
Make your appointment online or call us at (855) 854-3621, and prepare your kids for their visit with fun dental activities!
