Kool Smiles is a networks of dentists who focus on providing quality dental care to all families. At Kool Smiles, our biggest goal is to make it easier for individuals to find high quality, low cost dental services.

We believe all children deserve to have clean, healthy teeth that last a lifetime. In addition to accepting most private insurance providers and CareCredit, Kool Smiles accepts Medicaid, TRICARE, and State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) at every location. More importantly, Kool Smiles never limits the number of Medicaid/Tricare/SCHIP patients we see.
Here are some affordable options that Kool Smiles offers to help low-income families afford trips to the dentist:
We accept Medicaid and TRICARE dental coverage at all our locations, without limiting the number of patients who have it. By accepting Medicaid, we hope to help millions of children get the quality dental care they need to maintain beautiful, healthy smiles at a low cost.
For more information about Medicaid coverage, check out our Medicaid Frequently Asked Questions.
The low-income dentists at Kool Smiles also accept State Children’s Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP), federal low-cost programs for children who aren’t eligible for Medicaid. More than 6.6 million children are enrolled in SCHIP, and we want to make sure these children receive the quality care they deserve.
We accept a number of other insurance options, as well. We have credit options such as CareCredit, available to families without insurance. Customers may also pay by cash or credit card.
Practicing good oral health at an early age is just as important as it is later in life. By age five, nearly 60 percent of children in the United States develop cavities. This is largely due to gaps in health insurance coverage or a lack of insurance altogether.
At Kool Smiles, we’ve made it our mission to provide dental help to low-income families, which is why we accept many types of insurance and even have options for those without coverage.
A low income shouldn’t prevent a child from going to the dentist. If you want more information about the options for your child’s dental care, give us a call today, or find a Kool Smiles near you to schedule an appointment with a dentist today.
